EYFS Curriculum and ELGs
Here is a copy of our EYFS curriculum with the Early Learning Goals (ELGs) highlighted in green. Children are expected to achieve these ELGs in each area by the end of their year in Foundation Stage.
Day 1 Learning
Phonics:
How many cvc words can you spot and write in the below activity? Eg: bat, bus, cat etc.
Phonics Play - Buried Treasure
Maths:
How will you practise your number formation today? You could do it on paper, in glitter, in the mud, what other creative ways can you think of?
How many different objects can you see?
Can you use your lego to work out the answer to these additions. If you don't have lego maybe you could find something else at home.
Topic/Literacy:
Day 2 Learning
Phonics:
Can you look at the pictures and write the word to match. This can be done on a plain piece of paper.
This week we have been learning the letter 'j'. Watch the video below to practise!
Maths:
How many different objects can you see?

Phonics:
Can you write the CVC words to match the pictures and then have a go at writing a caption.
