This half term the SDGs we are focusing on are 6 and 7.
We are going to explore these goals by researching the following questions through SOLE:
SDG 6 Clean Water and Sanitation – Is the world running out of water?
SDG 7 Clean and Affordable Energy – Can the world run on clean (renewable) energy?
In times such as this, with COVID 19 still having an impact globally, we are spending more time at home and are most likely using more water and energy than we normally would. It is important for us to reflect upon this and consider what we could do to limit our usage and how we can support others also struggling within the pandemic who don't have sustainable access to these resources.
