Year 2 enjoyed a wonderful sunny day at Laxey Beach today! We walked down to Derby Castle tram stop from school and caught the 10:10am tram to Laxey. We then walked down to the beach. By this point tummies were rumbling so we sat on the grass area and ate our lunch. Afterwards we enjoyed some time paddling in the sea, fishing with our nets, painting pebbles, building towers and enjoying the beach. All the children were so well behaved and many members of the public commented on how well mannered and well behaved they were - they did Onchan School very proud!
