INTEGRITY - RESPECT - ENDEAVOUR - COMPASSION - COURAGE
This term, the children have been discovering the wonders of spring! They explored a variety of seeds and bulbs, learning about how plants grow and what they need to thrive. Everyone had the chance to plant their own broad bean, and took part in a cress experiment to see what plants need to grow—comparing seeds with and without water, sunlight, and soil. We have also been busy making our own zigzag book to show the steps to plant a bean seed.
Alongside their gardening adventures, the children enjoyed creative Easter activities. They played with colourful Easter baskets and hats, designed and decorated their own bonnets, and made beautiful Easter chick cards. Through these hands-on experiences, they nurtured not only their plants but also their creativity, curiosity, and excitement for the season.
