Our School Council were invited down to Onchan's Harvey Brigg's Library for a presentation. Here, the children were told a little about Harvey's life including how he was a Commissioner, became Captain of the Parish of Onchan in 1997 and received the Tynwald Honour in 2008 for his contribution to Island life through agriculture.
