INTEGRITY - RESPECT - ENDEAVOUR - COMPASSION - COURAGE
Year 5 had a wonderful day at the Wildlife Park today and were incredibly lucky with the weather! As well as learning more information about the animals from Madagascar, they also encountered giant African snails, hissing cockroaches and 'Pebbles' the python. Siobhan explained how these animals move, grow and reproduce. The children enjoyed completing their own research in teams about many of the animals and finding and collecting different leaves to explore further back at school. It was great to see all the children taking part, consolidating their learning as well as finding out many new and amazing facts! And 5C were very excited to see all the red pandas coming out to say 'Hello' today :)
