Reception - Spring Cleaning for Chinese New Year

Reception have been so busy cleaning the classroom to prepare for Chinese New Year. The children talked about how, in many homes, people clean and tidy before the new year begins to sweep away any bad luck and make space for good luck to come in. The children worked together to wipe the tables, sweep the floors, dust the shelves and organise the resources in the classroom. They were proud of their teamwork and showed great responsibility while helping to look after our learning environment.
