After a beautifully sunny end to the week, our Values Ambassadors have really impressed their Teachers with their application of our School Values. Congratulations to all.
Today, some of our Year 5 and 6's watched France v Gibraltar during the 2024 Europe Netball Open at the NSC. It was such an experience watching high level Netball, the passes were so quick and the shooting so accurate! Thank you Isle of Man Netball for inviting us along, we had a great time!
A shorter than normal week this week due to the early May Bank Holiday but what fantastic week for our Values Ambassadors. Well done to all of this week's recipients.
Year 4 had a visit from PC Lou this morning to talk to us all about Bullying vs Banter and how important it is to be safe on social media. She was really impressed with the knowledge the children already had, but also how much they took on board from her lesson with them.
What a busy week in School, with some outstanding learning going on. Congratulations to this week's Values Ambassadors.
The Whales, Seals and Otter's classes visited Knockaloe Beg Farm! We had a fantastic morning with Farmer John who showed us all around his farm. We enjoyed feeding the pigs, sheep, lambs and chickens. We also enjoyed a tractor ride up into the sheep fields where we met some very cute little piglets…
The Whales class have been learning about plants and animals over the past few weeks. They all went to the shops to choose some flowers, before coming back to school to plant them in the school flower beds at the end of the field. We hope to see some more blooms in the coming weeks.
