Year 5 and 6 were so lucky to listen to Bernie Hollywood talk about his latest challenge 'Boat of Hope'. This afternoon, our new Head Boy and Head Girl conducted their first official duty by visiting Government House, with Mrs. Richardson and Mr. Kinmond, to sign the book of condolence on behalf of all members of Onchan School.
This afternoon we were visited by Cookie 'n' Candy.... They came to tell us all about their life in entertainment to help us with our circus topic. We learnt about P. T. Barnam and his circus. Had a fabulous first day. Lots of different activities completed. Very happy but tired children, all excited for day two. Day two- Today's activities included raft building, kayaking, canoeing, gorge walking, archery, rifle shooting and lots more. We've all had a fabulous day.
A huge well done to our amazing football team who won the Millennium Football Tournament. Thank you so much to our coaches Andy and Tom who have put lots of time into the children and thank you to our amazing parent helpers who organised the teams on Saturday.
