Year 4 had a wonderful trip to the House of Manannan today! Mr Reaney also got to come with us and share his historical knowledge with the children. During our Viking workshop the children learnt various textile techniques like braiding, plying and weaving using threads and wool from different breeds of sheep. The ladies leading the workshop were very impressed with how focused and well behaved the children were.
